Candle Safety
- Place candle on a stable heat resistant receptacle to allow for possible
overflow of wax.
- Trim wick regularly.
- Never leave burning candle unattended.
- Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Burn candle out of reach of children and pets.
- Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
- Extinguish candle using a snuffer or underside of a metal spoon.
- Burn in an area free from draughts.
- Do not use in any close proximity to any other heat sources, including
televisions.
- Do not move or handle candle when lit or until wax hardens.
- Always use a holder suitable for the candle that secures it upright and
retains any molten wax.
